Doana Guerrero
Product Manager, Charles River Development 

Doana is the product owner for the Order Management functionality, focused on multi-asset global trading strategy at Charles River Development. She covers various aspects of the trade life cycle, from order creation, to execution in the market, to order allocation and commission and fee management. Doana has over 10 years of experience at Charles River and also worked on regulatory reporting product solutions and fixed income trading. Doana holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from MIT, and earned a Master of Science in Investment Management from Boston University, Questrom School of Business.

 

Jay Hinton
Director, Product Management 

Jay covers Equity Trading, and is responsible for multi-asset core order management, equity trading, EMS, exchange traded derivatives, FX trading, and cash management workflows within the Charles River IMS.  Prior to joining Charles River, Jay held leadership positions for financial services firms and technology vendors in product, integrations, client support, and trading roles. Jay holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University

 

Tommy Driscoll
Sales Engineer

Tommy is responsible for educating existing and prospective clients on the features and benefits of the Charles River solution. In his 5+ years at Charles River, Tommy has worked in various groups including product management, engineering, implementation and sales. With extensive knowledge of front and middle office workflows, and deep technical expertise, Tommy is highly effective in creating and implementing business solutions. Tommy holds a BS in Computer Science and Business from Lehigh University.
