Randy Bullard leads and oversees the Charles River Wealth Management business including revenue and growth strategy along with client retention efforts across the Americas, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions. Randy will also shape the direction of future product offerings and is responsible for attracting and retaining high-value associates and growing the Wealth Management organization globally, with a heavy focus on client satisfaction. Prior to Charles River, Bullard served as General Manager of Wealth Management at SigFig, a global provider of digital wealth management programs to banks and wealth providers, where he was responsible for multiple large-scale digital wealth partnerships across the US and Canada. Before SigFig, Bullard founded Placemark Investments, a leading provider of wealth management programs and services for wealth management across the US and Canada. He was also previously involved in developing and operating large-scale wealth management programs for firms including Wells Fargo, UBS and Smith Barney Consulting Group.
Global Head of Customer Experience, Qontigo
Chris is responsible for leading the Customer Experience team at Qontigo. Chris’ team is organized to enhancements to existing products to help solve many challenges for the company’s growing client base.
Chris has over twenty years of experience in business management, sales and account management, product management, and client support within the risk management, portfolio construction and analytics space. Chris has extensive experience working with quantitative equity, fixed income, and multi-asset class solutions. Prior to joining Axioma in 2006, Chris held a number of positions in the client support and sales organizations of Barra, subsequently MSCI Barra, from 2000 through 2006.
Senior Solutions Specialist, Qontigo
Walid is a senior specialist for partnerships and strategic accounts at Qontigo. Walid is focused on leading direct indexing initiatives which bring together Qontigo’s expertise in indexing, ESG and factor investing with analytics and optimization.
Walid has over thirteen years of experience in account management, and client support expertise within risk management, portfolio construction and analytics. Prior to joining Qontigo, Walid spent eight years in asset management as a tax-advantaged portfolio manager and quantitative researcher at Northern Trust. Walid has extensive experience in optimization, quantitative equity, fixed income, and multi-asset class solutions. Walid started his career holding several positions in project management, client support and consulting at Barra.
Director, Wealth Management Product Strategy, Charles River
Mr. Diodati is responsible for the development of Wealth Management related product strategy at Charles River Development. Nick brings 25+ years of experience working with wealth management organizations, institutional asset managers, family offices, private banks, private client groups, and registered investment advisors to this role with Charles River.
Prior to joining Charles River, Mr. Diodati was the National Sales Leader for Fiserv Investment Services and spent nearly 20 years with Fidelity Investments in a variety of leadership roles focused on the intermediary / institutional businesses. Nick has held executive roles in Sales, Consulting, Relationship Management, Client Management and Product Management during his career with a heavy focus on delivery of technology based solutions to the wealth management marketplace.
Nick holds both a Bachelor of Science degree as well as an M.B.A. from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
