Jay Hinton
Director, Product Management, Charles River

Jay covers Equity Trading, and is responsible for multi-asset core order management, equity trading, EMS, exchange traded derivatives, FX trading, and cash management workflows within the Charles River IMS.  Prior to joining Charles River, Jay held leadership positions for financial services firms and technology vendors in product, integrations, client support, and trading roles. Jay holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University

 

Oliver Jerome
Founder and Director, BestX

Ollie Jerome is a Founder & Director of BestX. Prior to starting the company, he was European Head of FX at Morgan Stanley in London, responsible for Sales, Trading & Structuring. Oliver joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as Head of FX & Emerging Markets Sales for EMEA & the US, and subsequently Head of FX & EM in Europe, serving on the Global FID Management Committee. Oliver began his career in FX at JPMorgan in 1998, and was promoted to Managing Director in 2007. Oliver has a BA in Economics from the University of Manchester.

 

 

Yangling Li
Quantitative Analyst, BestX

Yangling is the head quant in BestX since 2019. Prior to BestX, He was EFX Quant trader at UBS where he helped to build the new EFX trading engine.  Before UBS, he worked as a quantitative researcher at the Morgan Stanley QSI team,  a client-facing quantitative group providing TCA and execution analytics. Yangling holds various master degrees in Mathematics, Statistics and Engineering from leading French engineer schools.
