Jay covers Equity Trading, and is responsible for multi-asset core order management, equity trading, EMS, exchange traded derivatives, FX trading, and cash management workflows within the Charles River IMS.  Prior to joining Charles River, Jay held leadership positions for financial services firms and technology vendors in product, integrations, client support, and trading roles. Jay holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Drucker School at Claremont Graduate University.

James is a Managing Director, Global Head of Sales for FX Connect, State Street’s multi-bank FX trading platform.  James joined State Street in 2007 in the professional development program (PDP) and started on the FX Connect support team in 2008.  He made the transition to the sales team in 2010 and has been in his current role since 2017. James graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where he played 4 years of varsity baseball, with a B.A. in Marketing.
