Paul Ahern

As President & Principal of Winslow Capital Group, Mr. Ahern has orchestrated the firm to become a leading institutional consulting firm providing counsel on how to achieve scale and grow AUM in the bank / RIA wealth management channels. WCG is one of the few firms that can provide assistance on crafting a strategic vision and guidance at the detailed level of a tactical implementation. WCG clients span proprietary bank-based investment management; Registered Investment Advisers; and, bank-based, broker-dealers that are seeking to achieve consistency of process and product, at scale.
Prior to founding Winslow Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Ahern was EVP and then CEO of BTI Financial Group from its founding as an operating subsidiary of Bar Harbor Bankshares until 2002. Mr. Ahern began his investment career as a Financial Consultant with Merrill Lynch.
Mr. Ahern earned a baccalaureate degree from the University of Massachusetts and an MBA with a concentration in finance from University of Maine.
Cem Er
Director, Product Management
Cem leads Charles River’s private wealth product management team and provides direction and thought leadership for wealth management-related functionality, including modeling and optimization. Cem has been with Charles River for over 11 years and is involved in many parts of Charles River IMS, including the portfolio management and FX trading areas. Before joining Charles River, Cem was a Head Trader and Portfolio Manager at Cobblestone Capital Advisors. Cem holds an MBA in Finance and Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology and is a CFA charterholder.
Nick Diodati
Director of Product Strategy, Wealth Management
Mr. Diodati is responsible for the development of Wealth Management related product strategy at Charles River Development. Nick brings 25+ years of experience working with wealth management organizations, institutional asset managers, family offices, private banks, private client groups, and registered investment advisors to this role with Charles River.
Prior to joining Charles River, Mr. Diodati was the National Sales Leader for Fiserv Investment Services and spent nearly 20 years with Fidelity Investments in a variety of leadership roles focused on the intermediary / institutional businesses. Nick has held executive roles in Sales, Consulting, Relationship Management, Client Management and Product Management during his career with a heavy focus on delivery of technology based solutions to the wealth management marketplace. Nick holds both a Bachelor of Science degree as well as an M.B.A. from Babson College in Wellesley, MA.
