Ed Fitzpatrick
SVP, Head of SaaS Operations

Ed is responsible for the creation, development, delivery, management, and support of multiple global Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions for Charles River IMS. Prior to joining Charles River, Ed was Senior Vice President of Technology Services at Harte-Hanks and Vice President of Technology Services at Wheelhouse Corporation. Ed holds a BA in Economics and Computers from Tufts University and an MBA with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University. 
 

Kishore Kottapalli
SVP, Global Head of Cloud Strategy and Engineering

Kishore is responsible for Operational Excellence, Scalability, Performance Engineering and Resiliency within Charles River’s global Software as a Service (SaaS) solution structure. Prior to joining Charles River, Kishore was Global Head of Development Operations at State Street Corporation.

Kishore began his career at State Street in 1998, and is an experienced Development and Operations technologist. Kishore has led a number of initiatives at State Street including: Global Application Resilience, Maintenance & Support (ARMS), DevOps Enablement (CI/CD/CO), IT Operations Automation, Application Resiliency Engineering and Information Delivery Development and Continuous Improvement programs. Kishore holds a BS in Computer Science & Engineering from AITCE.
 

Amir Shokrollahi
Global Head of Technical Implementation Services and SaaS Operations

Amir is responsible for the technical consulting practices of Charles River globally.  He also heads the Software as a Service (SaaS) Onboarding, Migrations, and Upgrade teams.  Prior to returning to Charles River, Amir was the Vice President of Finance and Operations at Ready Computing Group.  Prior to that, Amir founded and led the technical consulting practices at Charles River for 8 years.  Amir has published several conference and journal papers in computer vision and computer architecture.

He holds a BS in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and an MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
